Still haven't had anyone directly, like a friend or family member, or any of my kid's teachers, etc., get it...just people I've heard of, like my brother-in-law's family members in Michigan. Nobody connected to me in any way has died. My kid goes to a private school, and they've been in-person the whole school year, since last August, while the public schools have all been remote until this month. No "outbreaks" in the school the whole year, let alone any serious sickness or deaths, even though families have traveled, and even though some people associated with the school have tested positive, supposedly, at points throughout the year. It's all been so goddamned overblown, and we all know why.
