Last week someone posted a great meme with a quote from a Supreme Court Justice. One that's long dead (I'd never heard of him). I am not sure the case but the quote was about corporations restricting people's speech and how the more ubiquitous their platforms became the more responsibility they had to ensure free speech....something along those lines.
I have searched high and low and cannot find the meme or the quote or a SCOTUS case. I want to use this in a response in another site. If anyone can help I appreciate it.
I'm no bigot. I don't care what people do in the privacy of their own homes and if they want to play dress up in public to make themselves feel better/good/confident....whatever. it's no skin off my nose.

Courts were established for the purpose of JUSTICE, but have been bastardized as the vehicles that water down our constitutional rights. From day 1 after the Bill of Rights was signed the courts have sought to place restrictions and limits on our rights, restrictions and limits the Founding Fathers never felt a need for. Courts now exist to maintain the status quo and restrict our ability to freely exercise ANY of our Constitutional rights. As an example: just to protest you first need permission from the government!

Pedes are currently occupying the Capitol building, but the police are trying to force people out. There are hundreds of thousands more pedes outside being held back. We need reinforcements INSIDE and DO NOT LEAVE.
Traditionally my family watches various television things and then watches the "ball drop" in NYC. Obviously this year we are boycotting MSM coverage since I am sure it will all be doom and gloom virus bullshit. But we don't really know what to do. We usually play board games but does anyone have any recommendations for what we can have on in the background? A stream or something?

Basically if millions of people show up to the Mall on Jan 6 it is going to be chaos. We should attempt to organize this chaos in some way, perhaps by state. Ultimately it would be good to be able to provide some transportation (rented busses) for Pedes, portable bathroom facilities on or near the Mall, and maybe some other things I don't know to think of. This is our chance!
State legislature a can take back their constitutional authority at any time. If they aren't willing to send Trump electors just send NO electors based on the corruption and irregularities and unconstitutional manner in which the votes were held. Send no electors from these three states with GOP-controlled legislatures and nobody gets 270 and the House votes en bloc.
Clearly SCOTUS will not help. This is the last best avenue. Write to these states' legislatures!!!!
There's going to be a lot of pedes on the Mall today. Wouldn't be much of a shame if that useless building wasn't there on Monday. Keep in mind we own that building, and every square inch of DC, as citizens of this country!
Both legislatures signed onto the Texas SCOTUS case. We don't need the SCOTUS cucks but time is running out.
I admit I have said some not nice things about Texas occasionally in the past but as of yesterday I am squarely in their corner.
As a PA resident I am ashamed that our elections were trash. On behalf of all Pennsylvanians I am sorry. I am embarrassed by our election and embarrassed by our Supreme Court, except our Chief Justice.
Anyway, I AM proud of the Speaker of the House and Majority Leader in PA who both filed an amicus brief in support of TX today. So did a bunch of PA Senators. So maybe there is hope yet.
My state is mostly good hard working people. I hope you won't judge us all the same.
