You have to eliminate the ways they cheat. Most of the legislatures in these states are still Republican. They can and should take their power back. It was a mistake to wait until the middle of the election or after it happened to try to fix things. But if they didn't know before, they do now.
Essentially, they allowed things to get fucked up for years and years, and then expected to rush and fix it after the election happened. The legislatures enabled this problem, and now they have to fix it. If they don't, it's going to continue to be the same bullshit.
These things can be fixed. The solutions aren't convenient, but they need to be done.

The best path to victory for us is to get rid of that fucking mail ballot bullshit, first and foremost. Every country on earth either bans it outright or has very strict guidelines on how it can be done. It's the most obvious and most prevalent vector for fraud, by far.
After that, observers. If observers cannot stand close to the counters due to the scamdemic, there are other ways. The best way I can see it happening is this:
(For absentee ballots)

Counters have a scanner. They place the ballot envelop on the scanner so that the voter's information is visible. This information is transmitted via cable to hand-held devices being held by observers 6 feet away.

Once you press the green button on both devices (Republican and Democrat observer), the poll worker is allowed to open the envelop, remove the vote, and place the ballot on the scanner.

After both observers press the green button again, the counter counts the vote. The ballot and the tally are shown on the screen at the same time for confirmation. 2 green buttons, tally accepted.

Next absentee ballot.
(For regular ballots, for adjudication)
- The same process above, just without the voter envelop because those don't exist for in-person voting.
There's always going to be some fraud in the elections. There are just too many people who want to subvert the system in their favor for there ever to be a completely unfraudulent election. But, you implement steps like those I describe above, and it would cut out a lot of the bullshit we saw this time.
