It's of the envelopes/certification... to see if all the envelopes/certification were from real legal voters. If you have 1,000,000 of those and only 600,000 are real and valid. Then you have 400,000 illegal ballots that should not be counted!

Then site the law! Because each of these legislatures... in order to officially vote on anything have to be in session. That seems to me has been the catch 22 for some of these states! I know PA, GA & AZ have that issue. Not sure about the others.

Multiple people have testified under oath in multiple States... the people running the scanner did not hit Discard before running through again. It has been testified to that the balance has showed amounts like 400 .... 70 ... 200 ... 600, etc.
