In the wake of the senseless murder of several patriots including Bernard Trammell, Jay Bishop and others, Is it possible to charge their killers under federal hate crime laws?

We all know leftist DA's seem to have a habit of letting Antifa and other rioters evade justice, is it possible to argue that politically motivated killings are considered federal hate crimes? Or does it not matter because their killers can be federally charged for the murder itself? (at which point a harsher sentence for politically motivated killing to act as a deterrent would make sense)

Or do we need a new law to include political violence as a hate crime?

Seems like a winning issue, all sides should agree political violence should be condemned.

What a great way to win the support of people in the Democrat controlled areas that were recently devastated by rioting.

Trump needs to make an Executive Order directing the HUD or US Treasury or whatever organization would be most appropriate to find small business owners who lost everything and give them small businesses loans that could be completely forgiven if used to re open after being affected by the recent rioting.

A one time reset, for small businesses affected in the past month or so. It would convince so many people who would otherwise never believe the Trump administration would want to help them.

They could even throw George Floyd's name into the order somewhere.

Think of how many people's eyes would be opened. It would boost the economy and create good press for the administration to show he is actually doing something to help EVERYONE, especially and including black business owners who many would normally never even dream of supporting him.

If black business owners tell their community Donald Trump is the reason their local corner store is back, there's no way they would ever choose Biden. Hell maybe they would start thinking twice about re-electing their local dems.
