I would think they would have thrown out expired food as it expired not waiting for the shelter in place order to be lifted to do so.
Wouldn’t a phone call to previous staff solve the problem of not having staff? Also, they won’t have to hire as many people if they are only serving at 25%.
Weren’t restaurants still open but just doing carry out or curbside? They would already have staff on payroll.
How to handle money transfers? How about the same way they’ve been doing it for their carry out and curbside delivery.
