This is the first I heard of this, so I looked it up. I've lived in Kentucky since 2007 and we have always had to show ID to vote...

How come, a couple weeks ago we were getting posts here with 2,000 - 5,000 upvotes and now it's a few hundred?

I had a good chuckle and I appreciate the sentiment behind this but "let's GIVE them guns" is totally contrary to the attitude of the founders. "Let's not impede their natural right to self-defence and, if necessary, rebellion" isn't nearly as pithy though.
