The good guys might have hacked themselves to keep an internal affairs investigation off the books.

If course he’ll know the chain of custody... but he’ll have to answer the legal question of whether those Governors (as opposed to the state legislatures) had the authority to pick those electors. If not... then they’re not legit electors.

If the governors’ authority was delegated with certain rules and requirements and they violated those rules.... i.e. changed the rules illegally... then that voided their authority. AKA the SCOTUS declined to hear the Texas case, and now Pence can either decide it... or do the same thing. He can say its not his role to decide, and throw both sets out.

Sounds like you’re doing a lotto help.

There’s really only one count that matters, and that’s January 6th. Historically a lot of Presidents have conceeded way too early.

Since Trump is a fighter has has many chances to win and only one chance to lose. He could win on Nov. 3rd (the “election”), on Dec. 14 (when Electors cast their ballots), and on Jan 6th (when the certificates are opened and the ballots are counted).

The Electoral college is a remote / mail-in voting process. Trump has been clear about what has to be done to prevent fraud in this type of race.

What you can focus on is educating people about the fact that Pence cannot / should not open any random envelopes that purport to be votes from the electors. Just like confirming a GA, PA, WI, MI voter is registered, signed, etc. Pence should decline to open an envelope if he cannot be sure that it came from legally appointed Electors. Specially, he’s going to get two sets from several states... Unless he can decide which are “real” he shouldn’t open either set.

This would mean neither have 270 and the vote goes to the states.

Yes, everyone should be scared of you! And you should be scared of them too.

During the Chinese Flu, people are locked in their homes if they DON'T have the Flu.

Democrats' rely on racism for their election fraud. They count on Americans thinking that large swaths of minorities actually believe this / want gibs / etc.

To be sure, there are some idiots everywhere, but there's no way in hell that Biden pulled 80-90% of the Black vote. The vast majority of people aren't that dumb. They remember that Biden was literally a segregationist in his early career and is responsible for incarcerating millions of young black men. However, racists look at those numbers and think "Yeah... I guess Biden won. Those ******s are dumb and will vote for racist."

To be more accurate this cartoon should be a crowd including brown people in MAGA hats staring at that guy like, "WTF bro, no we're not." And also a Democrat pretending to have a million more like him... while obviously not.

The article ruins its credibility in the first paragraph my saying it's believed to be a Russian hack. I believe the author is a hack, but he's not rushin' to report that.

This is the only and biggest mistake of Trump's presidency, which has be NOT directly being involved in and managing the prosecution of these criminals.

We elect the President to the the Chief Executive. He's the guy. He's the one that investigates crimes and who prosecutes the cases. He should only use the FBI, etc. to the extent that he needs more manpower to support him.

There are only three branches of government: Legislative, Judicial, and Executive. Trump is the Executive branch. There is not fourth "law enforcement" branch. Trump is THE federal law enforcment. We should want him to be because he is elected.

This "professionals" in the agencies are unelected and unaccountable, and as a result... corrupt.

Yep... It's insane to think that Republicans - seeing racism die out and seeing voting rights expand for voters of color - decided to switch from the winning position which they had championed for nearly 200 years to a losing position... for literally no reason.

No, Democrats realized that their overt racism was a failed strategy and just started saying: "No, you!"

The money ... supports ... Venezuela.

In exchange, Venezuela provided China with a voting system that had ties to the Americas (and even the US via the Venezuelans in Miami) and a path to being "domesticated" by laundering it through Sequoia Capital.

Biden was a racist southern Democrat before “the parties switched” and he remains a racist southern Democratic.

They pick Russia as a joke / show of force. Same as North Korea. Next they’ll say it was a Nigerian prince... and Democrats will say, “Oh, yes I’ve heard of the infamous Nigerian hacker rings. I heard they picked up their skills from Russian arms dealers who were selling AK47s.”

Overall, sure. But what are they going to do, shoot their fellow officers? That would be an armed insurrection...

The cleanest time to invoke the act is AFTER the Democrats get violent.

Arrest Biden and there will be massive riots and insurrection.

Well, if no one has standing contest elections... I guest no one has standing to challenge Pence when he declines to open fraudulent/duplicative certificates from disputed states.

Trump can bypass the leadership at those orgs...

Also, there are dozens of federal law enforcement agencies he could use ranging from prominent Homeland Security police agencies such as the based Border Patrol and ICE, to the civilian police of of the various military branches, to oddballs like the Treasury’s IRS police, etc.

We don’t want the public to be too surprised when Biden ends up in cuffs.

Also, the insurrection act argument assumes Trump doesn’t have any civilian officers to enforce his orders... which you might be surprised about.

Maybe so, or maybe not, I certainly agree that after Jan 6th we must make sure not to do anything that would cause Americans to have doubts about the integrity of the Electoral College vote, we might even have to have an investigation to reassure everyone about the legitimacy of the Electoral College count... so that going forward people can have confidence in Congress’s ability to count the Electoral College’s mail-in ballots.

If Arizona is contested, Pence shouldn’t open it. Should GA Election official have opened a mail-in ballot that didn’t come from a legitimate, registered voter, or where the signature didn’t match?

These are mail-in ballots too. They're mailed to Pence. You cant just open them, commingle them, and let congress / election officials decide what they want to have count for who.
