So they advertised zero overhead costs, but then took about 10% for themselves. Which is a normal amount for fundraising. But they advertised zero (enter USPS). Then cooked up fake docs to cover it up. But this was small potatoes type stuff. Why the heck was SDNY even looking at it it? Not based in their jurisdiction.

In this type of case, the cooperation happens first. What happened in court earlier this week is AFTER he gave up the goods.

Someone needs to explain it in a way that people can understand it. Because SD can't.

Barr testified that deadline does not apply because the candidates are not directly involved

If he is still FBI then Durham can't be working for him. FBI works for DOJ, not the other way around. A US Atty is not working for an FBI agent, but FBI agents could be assigned to the US Atty. There could be a "secret special counsel" as there are apparently legal provisions for that, but it would not be an FBI agent.

Hang around here a while and you will find that we all don't agree on everything, but we do agree that we should not be assholes to each other just because we have different points of view. Glad you are hanging out with us!

Weissmann is a piece of shit. Look up how how he cost 70,000 people their jobs at Arthur Anderson and ended up getting overturned by the Supreme Court in a unanimous decision. Basically over his BULLSHIT definition of "obstruction of justice."

Does that sound familiar?

The only "secret agent" with a "Q clearance" is Archer, which is why this all smells bad. Q only exists in DoE for what they call "Restricted Data" which is nuke weapons stuff.

Straight from the DoE website:

Q: Back up a minute! You just mentioned a "Q" access authorization. What is that and how does it relate to the Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential clearance terminology I'm familiar with?

A: Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential security clearances refer back to the level of National Security Information to which an individual may have access. Because DOE is granting access to Restricted Data and special nuclear material, it uses different terminology. Generally speaking, there are two types of access authorizations, the L and the Q. The L access authorization corresponds to the background investigation and administrative determination similar to what is completed by other agencies for Confidential and Secret National Security Information access clearances and the Q access authorization corresponds to the background investigation and administrative determination similar to what is completed by other agencies for a Top Secret National Security Information access clearance. In addition, because RD information is more sensitive than NSI information, access to Secret Restricted Data requires a Q access authorization.

Former security manager here. Q clearance only exists in the Department of Energy for nuke weapons stuff. It is not possible for "military intelligence" or anyone working for the DoD to have a Q clearance. It is simply not an option in the system that handles clearances (JPAS or the new system JCAVS).

Well I like Laura, and Mark Levin is a national treasure. (Don't miss Bill Barr for an hour on Levin this Sunday). And Hannity can be annoying but let's face it he has a huge audience between TV and radio.

Calmly and politely call and speak to the general manager. Describe what happened and let them know you are contacting the local TV stations about what happened. Be sure to mention your ethnicity and how much it upsets you that they discriminated against you. Even chance those involved will be fired.
