I think the heat that would be drawn is worse than the support they would gain. I have a favorite place I travel 40 miles to visit because they are totally non-compliant. They told me last time I was there that some couple came in and later called the state. The state then notified them that they are one more complaint from being shut down. The good part is, they never have closed, even during the previous total lockdown they keep the back door open for locals. But if they became high-profile that probably wouldn't work.
