You know this might be enough for President Trump to sue CNN. Deliberately sharing known false information to damage your reputation is actionable even against news orgs.
I wonder if there is a way for states to sue the NCAA for this or maybe even prosecute them for trying to force violations of state law.

Record everything. Report it as a hostile work environment based on race to the EEOC. Don't forget that you are white when they ask. If you don't consider yourself white you can't report. If all that fails and you lose your job release the videos to friendly media. Make sure they pay for their racism.
I will readily admit the law itself is less then clear. That was why I was quoting the lawsuit. That seems to be the Judges interpretation of it but I didn't see any caselaw quoted to justify that. It would be interesting to see how this played out in court but still the fact check itself by PolitiFact was careless and should have included more. Thanks for the link to the law. I was looking at one from the state that was all one PDF that made it really hard to find anything.
I appreciate the debate on this. I disagree with your interpretation. It would seem odd that the legislator would put that wording in the legislation if they didn't want ballots to the polling locations before 8 on election day.
Below is an exert from the lawsuit which is quoted from the relevant laws. It was stated as a matter of law. It seems pretty clear to me that they intended that the clerks had to have all ballots to the polling locations by 8 on election day. Not just in the clerks possession. If it just had to be in the clerks possession what would keep them from turning up ballots day, weeks, or months later?
I do think the way you are reading it is the same way the news orgs read it but I think that interpretation is wrong based on the plain language of the text.

I'm not sure how you got that. It says the clerks have to deliver them to the polls prior to 8 not delivered to the clerks. My understanding is the counting locations are the polling locations.

Most companies don't want to be sued. If I were in your wife's position I would quote the untested nature of the vaccine as a concern and say something along the lines of the following.
"After doing research I don't think the potential risk of liability of us forcing an untested vaccine on our employees is worth it. We can avoid liability by making the vaccine available and optional to our employees. That way it is their choice and we can't be held liable for potential complications."
Then sprinkle in a few of the cases that people have listed above. If you put too many you might end up sounding crazy so choose the best ones.

They need it to go away for a while. Make no mistake, they will use this blueprint again in the future.
Get a copy of what they plan on doing and sue them. It is racial discrimination. Just make sure to say you identify as a white. I am Hispanic and told them I didn't identify as white so they said I couldn't sue. If my employer tries to teach this again I will say I am a white Hispanic next time.
Someone with standing needs to sue immediately. If you work for the government and received this training it would count. This is clearly a hostile work environment created on the basis of race.
I agree with this entirely. I think we as a nation have been kind of lazy when it comes to politics. Trusting those that shouldn't be trusted. We need to take over everything locally. We shouldn't have uncontested elections. I don't want to run. I don't like being in front of people I don't like being around people but I am beginning to think I will have to.

That may have been true this election but we can still put pressure on those legislators to implement laws that would make that harder. Things like an automatic Audit, Election day vote totals, Voter ID, voter role clean up, etc. We forget that there are a lot of state lawmakers on our side that we can sway. Don't stop voting, just make sure you vote more by voting in local elections as well. I won't stop fighting.
That is exactly what I plan on doing. My senator is a coward and will be the first target for a primary. election in two years... well less then that now.

What you are saying may be true but for legal reasons I propose CNN lying got Trump voted out. How much is losing the presidency worth in a lawsuit? Trump may end up owning CNN.
