What did they think was going to happen? You piss off half the country with blatant stealing. Denying investigations that would calm the people down. We aren't stupid. We know what happened.

I may be wrong about all of this (Probably too optimistic) but the politics I am seeing right now are crazy. On one side you have the media pretending like Trump and his “few” followers are alone and crazy for thinking the election was rigged. Quoiting the riggers themselves as proof no rigging happened. On the other side you have what appears to be a disjointed group of republicans denying what has happened. And on Trump’s side you have a group that is playing a game from behind trying to educate the public. Trying to make it so that once the public sees what has happened those representing us will have no choice but to go along. Some are on our side and are already speaking truth, some are on our side and are biding their time to be “convinced” when the time is right (Pence?), and some are and always will be against us (Romney). Here’s to hoping that over the next few days as more information comes out they are forced to support President Trump and the people of the United States.
I have been looking at the laws and the constitution and there really is not a precedent for what we are seeing in this election. The amount of fraud that is undeniable is crazy. He would be completely justified in saying something along the lines of “Due to the amount of uncertainty surrounding the votes in these states we won’t be counting their electors until an investigation has been completed.” Dems would cry that it violates the law but the law itself violates the constitution so likely would not stand. It basically says if it is contested the electors certified by the executive (Governor) of the state are the ones they go with. Which goes against the legislator choosing the electors and violates the VP’s duty to count the electors.

Edit: I am adding a little bit here since there seems to be some confusion. I am adding a direct quote from the law below. Pence Counts the votes for both certified electors and those claiming to also be certified electors. Dual electors.
" ...as they are opened by the President of the Senate, all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes, which certificates and papers shall be opened, presented, and acted upon in the alphabetical order of the States,..."
Republicans really need to start playing by the same rulebook as the other team. Since Pence is being sued he should just settle out of court and let the other side challenge it in court after the fact. You know, after everything is moot and Trump is inaugurated President.
Since we like to talk about Minecraft here I thought this was appropriate. In what kind of world do we live in where someone who was accused of cheating in a video game provides more of a defense then the elected officials accused of cheating in an election? What's even more striking about this is it would be easier for those elected officials to prove cheating didn't happen by doing a real audit of the vote.
If they don't put up a real defense everyone should just assume they cheated since it would be so easy to prove they didn't and they refuse to do that. Government officials shouldn't be putting in less effort then a gamer.
I never understood why these cases must be heard by the lower courts first. It is obviously a waste of time since no matter the outcome it will be appealed. Maybe when our "elected" leaders start doing their jobs, they should have a look at this and fix it.....or is this maybe by design?
At this point the evidence is overwhelming. Anyone who doesn't object to the electoral votes should be voted out of office next chance we get or recalled if your state allows.
It would be both hilarious and beneficial. It would lay the groundwork for winning back the house in two years by letting everyone see how crazy they are. I would go for anyone in "The Squad". Let the people see and hear what they represent.
Republicans should nominate and vote for AOC for speaker of the house or maybe anyone from "The Squad". Diversity and all that. They should make sure that the best is representing the House.
I was really glad to see all the support for the President. It is really important politically for visual support for the President. The courts need to see the support for the President if we are going to win. They need to understand that regardless of their decision half the country will be up in arms. They may as well follow the law instead of trying to appease the left.
I find this really interesting. According to the data that would mean he received every single democrat vote plus the entire no party affiliation vote and a little bit more from somewhere else. Somehow that doesn't seem very likely. I wonder if someone can figure out the probability of that?

I didn’t like Trump in 2016. I voted for Trump in 2016 as a screw you to the establishment which was so obviously corrupt. My wife, neighbors and in laws all refused to vote for Trump in 2016. Now in 2020 all of them are voting Trump.
My wife and I both believe Trump is the best president of our lifetime. If people think Trump isn’t getting a much larger share of the vote this year than in 2016 they are delusional.
If this stuff about Hunter Biden turns out to be true,Trump needs to fire everyone in the FBI that touched this and did nothing. He will also need to fire all of the upper management at the FBI. They had this for almost a year and did nothing because they didn't want to rock the boat during an election year.
Congress should also look into legislation that makes it a crime for law enforcement to cover up obvious crimes. This is getting ridiculous and something has to be done to prevent it in the future, otherwise we will always get more of the same.
They should sue them for defamation of character since they are saying the documents are hacked. The should sue for breach of contract because Twitter isn't following their own terms of service. Proving damages wouldn't be a problem since they are blocking traffic they would normally be getting on a viral story and damaging their reputation. The New York post should make an example of them and they have the perfect opportunity to do it. If they get lucky they might even be able to get an injunction to force twitter to unblock their account.
Pretty simple. It is very clear that they are violating those laws and the government can bolster their case by sending letters to get the process started. It may even get them to stop censoring the stories. It would also force the media to cover at least part of the story which as of now is being totally ignored.
I know everyone is assuming they are meeting to remove Trump but what if they are meeting to discuss removing Biden after the election? As I see it there are only two options.
Option One - They think Trump is going to win and are coming up with backup plans to remove him. (I don't think they would attempt this for the remainder of his first term if they thought he was going to lose.)
Option Two - They think Biden is going to win and don't think he is fit for office.
Neither one of these is a good look. Trump should nail them on this.
