Some additional context, my wife was until very very recently a cop, read into that what you will. She ran the churches security, and stood guard over us while we worshipped. When madmen were storming churches she stood tall and volunteered to put herself in their way.

I thank God that this happened though, how much longer would I not have been able to see the true nature of that worm? As to raising hell and telling him and everyone exactly where he can go, well that's the sort of thing you save for people that you have some kind of feeling about. I have none. I'm having to look for a new church, pastor took a knee last Sunday and gave the same sermon about white people should be ashamed. Well I'm not, if anything these Visigoths should be ashamed of themselves. Good men died freeing them. Way back 3/4 of my family was wiped out in the civil war. The three oldest boys were conscripted straight off the boat from Ireland to fight in a war that wasn't theirs to correct a sin that wasn't of their making. Two were killed in battle, one survived but never recovered and died within a year. The youngest was left alone at 11, thankfully too small to lie about his age and stay with his brothers. My family has more than paid our dues.
Never let it be said that I can't concede when I'm wrong. In the past I have defended Chick-fil-A. I ignored the warnings and admonisions of my friends and family and ate at their restaurants. We quit scouting long before this. It had already just gotten to the point where I was having to explain SO MUCH of what the Scouts were doing and professing in a way that my kids could understand it. It went on as long as it did out of a misplaced sense of loyalty I suppose, but it was obvious that loyalty was very one-sided. You either have principles that you believe in or you don't. This latest move doesn't surprise me and honestly it doesn't even sadden me. The scouts are dead to me.
Hate to break it to you but we lost the Pentagon a long long time ago when we integrated them into academia. You have to have a bachelor's degree to be a junior officer, an advanced degree to get past major and a PhD to get to flag level. The military was pushing "everything is sexual assault" long before colleges. They're on the forefront of radical gender theory. Our officer class might as well be the gender studies department at Oberlin.
Sure...the most important things to say are that there are $2-7 TRILLION in underfunded public pension liabilities that is largely concentrated in Democratic states. For decades politicians in states like California, Illinois and New Jersey have been allowing public employees to retire earlier and earlier to encourage their voting block in the public employee unions to show up at the polls. This is adding decades to the amount of time that some people draw from these pensions, and they were never designed for it. The states never changed the contribution amount. In simple terms, the gozinta doesn't equal the gozouta. Politicians either expected the money to magically appear (ie feds) or they expected it to be a problem long after they were gone.
Great, I'm sure that old queen will be out talking tough on the talk show circuit. Well, that probably means the Republicans think they're gonna lose the Senate, its literally the only way those do-nothing's would vote for something like this.
Sadly no one is gonna do anything about this. I feel for the normies that are faced with the choice to stay in cuckoo town, or abandon their property to the mob.
Maybe what someone ought to do is set up a hotline for all the victims of crimes that happen in da CHAZ. You know the media is going to pretend that this place is utopia, maybe this will help get info out and maybe victims can maintain a contemporaneous record to help them later in civil court.

Fortunately for me he was too young to be drafted. The three older brothers were not so lucky. The oldest died on a battlefield, like thousands of others. One died of dissentary, and the other survived his service, but not for long. He was wounded and never really recovered.
My family already paid a debt we didn't owe in blood. We never owned slaves. We never wore sheets. We never burned crosses. We never had much wealth, but we paid what was demanded and we won't pay another damn dime in pennance. Our blood is smeared on the altar of freedom, that's payment enough.
