I'd like to say that 'Snowflake' was, originally, describing something 'unique and inherently special'.

I'm not sure where to find the numbers but the experts usually have some sort of 'formula/guess' and so they can usually get a pretty good idea of how many people probably have it.
As far as I can ever recall they are usually about right though I think they overestimated some like MERS and maybe SARS too but the point is that they have some good idea.

He says "YES Exactly.. see South Korea has a low death rate and high recovery rate!" because they did massive amounts of testing!! Trump should too!
Okay, so I just let him know the more mass testing the better Trump will look as Trump's death rate will go way way down (its already very very low) and 'recovery' will go way up.
It took him a bit to process that and when he just realized that makes Trump look even better I think he had a mini-stroke because he did not talk for the rest of the day.
