I got into this argument on Reddit Politics this week on an old account(banned now). They all argued with me there are actually functioning adults without ID despite it being virtually impossible to live. I baited a large chunk into a trap after awhile from thier answers that they'd to agree, if it was federally funded, free and easy. I'm 100% for it if it takes away excuses.
