What's also missing from this is a deep dive into the stolen USB sticks and laptop in a Philadelphia election warehouse. Those may have had the encryption keys on them. So when you listen to stories of "illiterate people counting ballots" - really, people who unfortunately cannot read being put in charge of ballots", and then "a supervisor walking over with a USB stick to get the data".... it all becomes even more fishy.
The question may focus more on what version of the operating system and application were running at the time of the mysterious events. The update right before the election (which is an INSANE thing to do -- unless you are ASKING FOR PROBLEMS), would be the version that has to be tested. Why not simply impound the machines where KNOWN problems happened and forensically study them?
Georgia Election Results Delayed After Pipe Bursts in Room with Absentee Ballots
*It's rather "coincidental" that the pipe, which never burst, was in the exact same room in Georgia all of the absentee ballots. Let's see... in the state of Georgia, how many rooms are there? Let's say 200,000,000 rooms. And of all of those possibilities, the ONLY room to report a pipe break on election Day is the one where the absentee ballots are stored.
I call B.S.*
Technically, we might be able to. There is a video showing how to get admin access (complete control over the machine) in under 2 minutes. It's really scary how easy it is. Once you have admin access, all bets are off as to what is safe and unsafe.
Most people just call that Twitter Academy.
