Someone with skills might suggest reverse engineering or decompiling the code. There is also another easy option, it's an SQL upload and the insert was a 0 and not a 1. Funny thing is that "Computers follow instructions blindly". So if it happened in ONE precinct, then EVERY precinct that came anywhere near that code is ripe for FULL AUDIT.
I think we need to help this guy. I don't care who he voted for. I do care that he has enough integrity to come forward and say something like: "You know what, this is beyond sketchy. I'm not good with that." At least he can look his children in the eyes and know he did the right thing.

Any of those things would be enough to trigger an audit in the normal world. This many flags and I’d be giggling in anticipation of catching some thieves.
“One of the reasons I’m doing this job is because I’ve got five kids and I want them to have a United States of America,” Krebs said. “I want them to be able to vote, when they get to 18, and have confidence in the process. I want [to secure] the systems and the networks that they’re going to depend upon in the future. “I’ve got to be able to look at them every morning and say ‘I’m doing this, you know, to ensure that you’ve got something when it’s your time.’ ”
