Amicus brief states do not become parties. Mostly just persuasive/informational for the court. Trump INTERVENING makes him a party to the suit. INTERVENTION makes you a party. I would love for these states to be INTERVENING. not just joining amicus briefs.
I’m guessing similar to what mine technically was in NV: in person mail in. Which I don’t know the rules in NV but there was no record of me being there in person. I walked in with my mail in ballot pre-filled out. There was a kid that asked, right before a put the ballot in the box located in the in person voting center in Las Vegas nev on Election Day, “is your signature on it?” “Yes” I responded, putting the ballot/envelope in the box. With the new Nv COVID rules, ballot harvesters were permitted to collect and drop off as many ballots as they wanted. (Previously you were only allowed 10 and of family members only).

The sketchiest thing that happens is at the 28 sec mark when braids sneaks a paper out of her back pocket. Sneakily hands it to mom ruby. And ruby immediately conceals it and does something with it.
Also interesting that ruby is in different clothes then she will be in the infamous video later that night.
Guy with jackets seems to have something but I think he just happened to walk up while mom and daughter got ready for the real work later that night.
