Anyone got a source on this, though? I don't see anything on flgov.com about it, nor my county bending the knee to his supposed order.
Suddenly they believe in God, huh?
I appreciate the fresh perspective.
Yeah I didn't like the looks of those other cars that gave chase.
Anyone who has had a family member with dementia, yes, aggression is an obvious symptom.
While I've walked away from the Catholic church, I attended for the baptism of my nephew a few years ago and the priest took it upon himself, during prayers and adding who we should bless, he felt it was appropriate to call out Trump in the middle of it. "Bless those who are struggling to find their futures at the border." Most of my family was still anti-Trump at the time, and they thought I was being ridiculous.
My nephew's Godparents are good, honest people... better people than I am for sure. And it sucks that this sacrament, in my mind, is forever tainted with corrupted politics. We can feel sympathy for the situation that lead to these events, sure, but I think that was a bridge too far.
It's because conservative judges are fair judges. They do weigh the constitution and the country's laws carefully.
Judges appointed by liberals are ideolouges first. Their job is to twist the law to support whatever leftist cause comes across their desk.
Same thing in Congress. Republicans think about things and consider, and sometimes that means they fall short of greatness. I'm not talking about the RINOs, I'm talking about the ones with occasional dissent, like the ones that were joining the Democrats in opposing the Iraq war after voting for it. (We shouldn't have been there in the first place, but I digress)
Liberals don't understand this, which is why they're freaking out about Ginsburg's successor. They think they'll be a ringer for anything conservatives want, but the chart shows anything but.
LOL
What a great response. Trump knows he's a cuck, and letting the crowd put him on blast must have sent the right message.
If you can't lead, DeWine, then just follow fucking orders and get out of the way of the TRUMP TRAIN
Wasn't her first cheesecake-for-breakfast either from the looks of it.
Thanks to weaponized autism, the wheels of justice need not be so slow anymore.
There simply is no excuse. When Trump asks "who's the best guy for the job" the people whispering these shit suggestions need to collect their free helicopter ride.
Look at all the doctors
Can someone please say it was Obama or something so the feds finally move in?
Save Texas with a red flag I guess.
What a backstabber.
They only appeal to a sense of fairness so that people would give them power, which they wield completely devoid of fairness.
They're not trying to appeal to voters anymore because they don't need voters anymore.
I'm as pro life as anyone, but I don't think the odds look good for overturning Roe v Wade, no matter who gets nominated.
The legal findings of that case were trash, yes, which is why the left freaks out about it so much, but, historically, getting that case reheard 50 years later is a tall order. The best we can hope for is ruling any regulations as constitutional that restrict abortion to "rape, birth defects, or incest" like the dems are always screaming about (even though those are like 2% of abortions). That's the biggest chance to save the most babies that is actually attainable.
How about a paper written in school about how Catholics must recuse when the law conflicts with dogma?
First, the judge who sentences the defendant must be the one who has conducted the sentencing hearing. . . . This means that the Catholic judge must recuse himself before the hearing, not after it.
Do we really want to wind up with another Sessions-like scenario when she bows out during a hearing on immigration because the Pope says we should let illegal immigrants do whatever they want? Or recusing herself on 2A claims because the Pope has an opinion on "weapons of war"? It's precisely the globalist desires of the corrupted Catholic church that we need to defend against, and I say this as a former Catholic.
How about the ruling that the lockdowns are totally fine? Sorry in advance for the trash politico link, but it was the only full pdf of the ruling that I could find in my browser history. Sure, it was under Wood, but she's there too.
Underenforcement claims are hard to win, however, as we know from cases such as DeShaney v. Winnebago County Department of Social Services, 489 U.S. 189 (1989). It is also difficult to prevail in a case accusing the police of racial profiling. See, e.g., Chavez v. Ill. State Police, 251 F.3d 612 (7th Cir. 2001). Although we do not rule out the possibility that someone might be able to prove this type of favoritism in the enforcement of an otherwise valid response to the COVID‐19 pandemic, the record in this case falls short.
The appeals court could have remanded the case to let them at least try to prove this "difficult to prevail case". Anyone with eyes can see it happening, so the evidence exists. And, look, I get it, appeals court generally upholds cases as a matter of course, so successful appeals that change outcomes are rare. But that's pretty wishy-washy IMHO.
If Barrett was so good, she wouldn't need shills spamming for her.
Communist Control Act should already cover them
Fraud, it's what the Democrats are best at.
Please, high res scan.
Please, OP, please. I have blank envelopes and lead weights I don't need anymore.
The trashcan has set on fire, as trashcans are wont to do during a peaceful protest.
Fake and gay.
I'm sure a "George Ayers", to pick a name, was born in Mexico, with the incredible influx of Scottish immigrants.
Cust.Locat. needs to be abbreviated, but Adrenochrome must be spelled out. And graded on a school letter grade system unlike some objective number?
Oh look, "GTMO.BY". Not Camp Delta.
Corporate headquarters at Trump Tower? Uh huh. A 56 story building wouldn't be using a 3 number office. And why would the letterhead include the delivery address? Ooh, it's a scary "medical building". That's why CYM is a registered trademark for Restaurant Services. Get it? Because they drink it!
Is it German or is it English? Why would a US company use , as a decimal delimiter, aside from making it look foreign and cool?
I'm glad some kid is enjoying his new scanner, though. That's a lot of mowed lawns.
The Q folks are desperate for a win, since Barr and Durham are proving to be busts.
