What power does Trump have over the CDC to stop being the CDC? None. It's not like he can abolish it or even get rid of Fauci without immense backlash from the public. That would be terribly unpopular even among conservatives; it just seems too extreme. So he can't just axe the CDC, just like he can't axe Nancy Pelosi or CNBC.

lol it's laughable. A man writes an article that 30 years ago, almost 75/25 the country was in agreement with and today him and his opinion is verboten. We're essentially 2nd class citizens in our own country. I can't even share an opinion without being afraid to make a decent living 30 years from today. No wonder none of us have public social media and we all share our ideas anonymously on Leddit/here.
