Notice that it also doesn't specify "firearms" - since it was common place for military officers (especially calvary) to use swords, I would contend that "arms" refers to weapons in general, and therefore ANY law that limits your ability to cary ANY force multiplying device (knives, batons, swords, etc) is unconstitutional.
It never ceases to amazes me the lengths we will go to, to avoid bloodshed- but it is that patience that EXTREME PATIENCE that will turn to extreme bloodshed. These liberals simply donot understand what it is they are signing up for. Once the ballot box and jury box have been expended, well, the tree of liberty will drink freely.
I applaud what he did, but unfortunately if congress doesn't act within 45 days, it becomes law as is it written - so all they HAVE to do, is nothing. Which they are very good at. If I am wrong in my understanding, someone tell me.
