DeSantis doesn't mandate anything. He leaves it up to the county to decide what's best. I live in a county where they don't madate masks outside, but the stores can determine if they want masks worn or not. I still don't wear one even with the signs and I don't get harrased. I went to Key West a couple days before Christmas and 80% of the people there weren't wearing masks and no one was yelling about putting one on
