I think a good (albeit novel) case could be made that since the government is so flagrantly and indiscriminately wielding its prosecutorial power based on its own agenda and preferences, that the violation of equal protection is so substantial, none of the citizens are obligated to follow the law either.Certainly that will be my operating principle going forward.
