If this is proven true, how is it rectified? Can provisional ballots be manually counted or legally transcribed? So much fraud being uncovered but I'm seeing very little in the way of recouping those stolen votes in each case - other than the software 'glitches' being uncovered which are flipped back to Trump apparently.
