He does have a point, though. The only part I'm not sure of is how to be a part of Twitter but not contribute to them. As for Facebook, I need a break anyway. Besides being controlled by the enemy, I'm disenchanted with the entire experience, and frankly feel better away from it.
They don’t know for sure what would happen if they took a stand here, defying the Democrats wishes and breaking from the mold of every other internet company.
Listen, Amazon is so fucking powerful they could control the national mood regarding Trump in about one second. But Trump and America First are a direct hindrance to their business ideas. Corporations are kind of psychotic in that at a certain point, they only care about profit and control. Amazon is a great example of that.
It's an old and very common tactic used anytime there's a threat of infiltrators. In real life politics in the US it's been long abandoned because of peacefulness. No one knows who agent provokers and field marshals are anymore, but, they're just real life trolls and mods.
We also need field marshals to control our gatherings. Live mods, if you will, because it's very easy for agent provokers (real life trolls) to infiltrate. I'm pretty sure such IRL trolls are responsible for manipulating the righteous fury into the Capitol storm.
The only way forward is through institutions of power. Become journalists, lawyers, politicians, and soldiers. Get college degrees and ensure your kids do to. Don't give up on your ethics but don't be afraid to pay lip service when you have to. Become pastors and actors and artists. Diving into trades or going Kazinski will solve nothing.
Libs think coding is some kind of fucking magic. If you don't have a passion for it, don't even try. Who the fuck wants to sit at a screen all day while your body ages from non-use, staring at a monitor until your brain can no longer comprehend 3D vision.
Well, the idea that people in the Colonies just revolted when tea prices got too high isn't accurate. The Colonists suffered from press gangs simply grabbing their sons, never to be seen again, the suffered British troops raping their daughters, and a general disassociation from the mother country, coupled with new ideas about liberty. The taxes they endured were actually very lenient compared to in the home country. But a mood took over and some 'radicals' went rogue. Even in the height of the war the revolutionaries were a slight minority. Once it was over, many loyalists were literally shipped back to England, or left voluntarily.
