If not, he'll not concede but there's nothing keeping him in the office.

It's great you got clean. In my life I've only seen two people get clean permanently. I've known about two dozen dead from OD, about six in jail because of their habit, a few killed in robberies for their habit... I've seen countless more wandering through town strung out or begging, more sleeping in the woods, others camping on my property and even leaving needles on the ground for my kids to find. I've seen lives, businesses, and fortunes destroyed by the plague. Lots of kids orphaned, too. You basically hit the lottery. But at this point I'm so sick of the opiate junkies in my state that I'd just as soon see then all executed.
