He's pretending it doesn't exist and that the multi-trillion dollar homeland security industry and all its Intel is clueless. It's been an organization on a national level since day one. Funding, coordination, media strategy, all working on concert with the DNC and probably plenty of RINOs.
Someone who knew it pretty well told me 25 years ago that the two parties just worked for slightly different corporate interests and politicians were essentially servants who chose a political franchise, left or right. I didn't believe it but do now.
