I don't know how anyone thinks Snowden was the good guy. It goes without saying that the NSA and CIA watch us, they literally have to do that to perform their duty. The soviets have been planting people in our midst since the KGB's inception and there is no way to find an insider threat before they act without doing that.
If Snowden wanted to come out publicly and say "hey America, the USA is watching its own citizens." That's at least remotely defensible from a liberty point of view, but to reveal in detail the technologies and methods that our intelligence agency uses both domestically and abroad to monitor and disrupt terror activity and foreign subversion attempts only enables those entities to act more efficiently. I always wonder where to draw a line in the sand. When the federal government comes to force me and my family into a concentration camp I think that's when they'll have to kill me.
We need a movement to represent our values and staunchly defend them. The GOP isn't cutting it. Antifa is running wild in the streets killing people and advocating for the overthrow of our country and the subjugation of us and our families. The Democrats are subverting the rule of law by refusing to prosecute their agents for actions that we would be thrown in jail forever for. Rule of law is no longer being upheld for Communists yet they use the highest courts in the country to ban religion and force us to submit to a proto-Communist Authoritarian society. They kill our children and hide behind social justice, their media silences any negative news to keep us complacent, and they seek to destroy our religion and take away our means of self-defense.
The revolution against our civil liberties, our Conservative culture, and our freedom is already happening. We need to establish a movement to defend ourselves and be ready for the coup they will launch soon.
We already know we need to do these things, we need to settle on how to do them. Local militia groups? A national militia to dictate to those groups how to operate in a unified manner? This is essentially how BLM operates, and we should do the same.
I really hope the whole police force follows her out the door. Barracks rooms in the army are separated by gender (you might live next door to a male but not in the same room with them) and keys are strictly controlled. The room occupants will be given a key to only their room and the rest of the keys are locked up somewhere usually which means you have to get NCO approval to go unlock someone's room. However, you can't stop a soldier from just leaving their door propped open to let passersby come chill. Barracks are like a big party on the weekends.
