The machine fails to read some ballots so there’s one guy reading off the votes from the ballot and then the other worker is manually filling in a new ballot that can be scanned and counted. I wouldn’t call that clearer video than the countless ones of people opening and throwing away ballots, bringing in bags of ballots from personal cars, or postal workers claims of manually stamped mail in ballots day after the election
