Now that 7 States have selected Alternative Electors, the President of the Senate will choose which electors to open (or present). As Vice President, Mike Pence is the President of the Senate but don't expect VP Pence to do this automatically for political gain. Pence has integrity and I believe will on select the Trump electors on a State by State basis only if one of the following things exist:

1. The Legislator and/or SOS asks Pence to accept Trump electors because of clear evidence of fraud has been documented.
2. The State has decertified their results because of fraud.
3. The DNI makes a case that State's election was altered enough to change the outcome by hacking or activity from an enemy of the US.

If he does that the Dems can choose to challenge those Trump Electors, if they survive the challenge they count for Trump. If the House and the Senate both vote against allowing them to vote for Trump(Don't count on Mitt or other RHINOS). I think the votes get thrown out and if it 34 electoral votes get thrown out no-one gets 270.

Now that leads to more craziness, each State gets one vote in the house to choose the President. Slam dunk right? - well maybe not would Liz Chaney being only Rep from Wyoming vote for Trump or Biden - States could switch and get Biden the win, although I did read somewhere that they had to vote party line but can't find that now. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE - what is the Speaker of the House didn't seat a large group of Republicans for some reason on the 5th of Jan, that could swing the States to Biden.
