Antibodies are dope as fuck, and the answer but they problem is they only work for a target receptor so in this case ACE2 antibodies are little Y shaped and will fit into the spikes around Corona and block each key so that the virus then has no open keys to use to gain entry and just bounces off your cells and gets flushed to the liver to be destroyed.
The problem is you need a certain amount of antibodies in your system (an army) to fight the invaders (virus) in superior numbers.. so the question is, how many antibodies are enough to have immunity? we have really no clue yet.. and on top of that the body stops making them after some time so even testing for people who already had it may fail.. Also the CCP designed the Virus to have a shitty replicator so it makes mistakes on purpose to attenuate and change into new things, this will be new receptors which we are documenting it starting to use.. this would suggest after the summer wipes most of it out the rest that are left have a good change of up regulating a new receptor that will unlock new keys, their magic "second wave in Oct"
I believe the antibodies work and amount has to beat the viral load, and a healthy immune system without pre-existing conditions then you are safe. but if you stay up all night and get high, don't eat well and poor nutrition well.. the virus is going to overwhelm your system and then the real CCP horror show starts. the later phases of thing thing suck dick... clotting the blood, causing Cytokine storm and total organ failure while it attacks your red blood cells so they can't carry oxygen and you drown in yoru own blood.
