Mortality rates are calculated by knowing how many are infected and dead.. THey only know the accurate number of dead, and have no clue how many are infected. this happens with EVERY new type of outbreak.. they need more testing.. Doctors I spoke to told me early mortality rates are always inflated until testing and real data comes in, often a year later!! then they adjust under 1%..
