I saw video of biden instructing troops on the "transition of a new president and new vice president", which seemed like a photo op to offset SoD Miller greeting the guardsmen. Those troops are in the Capital to make the criminals nervous, not to protect them. I believe Trump was acting bummed at the Alamo to lead the baddies away from their bombing plans if Trump didn't concede.
