30% isn't a "glitch". If this is true, this needs to be looked at pronto.
I think there are a lot of "nothing burgers" being floated around, such as the videos of what are likely legal ballot duplication (seriously, they aren't going to fabricate ballots where someone could whip out a phone to record it), but the more I see coming in on the more legitimate side, the more I am convinced this entire election was completely illegitimate in most, if not all states.
And I am not sure where we even begin to sort through it all if this stuff is true. We may be looking at a contested election simply because of the sheer amount of likely widespread fraud. There is a clear solution to that for President and Vice President, but I am not sure about the rest of the races and ballot issues people voted on.
This is an example of why you cannot cheat this much to steal an election. You can stuff 10,000 ballots in a city to flip a close one, but not something on this scale. You just cannot contain all of it. It's leaking everywhere. I don't care what MSM is doing by ignoring it, it's everywhere already. And ignoring it just has the Streisand Effect.
I think it's funny how he's still maintaining some sort of innocence when the fact is they tossed him under the bus for trying to extort the people pushing Obama on him for a better bribe. He knows the corruption because he was a solid part of it. He didn't "fight it" lol.
Yes, I remember those PV videos. My point is, most in NYC are just naturally Democrats, and when they get really pissed off, they do sometimes vote in Republican mayors and council members, which tells me they still have freedom of choice to a degree.
California, on the other hand, has turned into a single party system in most places, and the way they set things up it seems about impossible to elect local republicans in key areas, even if the population went hard Republican.
Why on Earth would they be in Trump Tower then?
See, I also have friends (from the military) who were in the SS. Hell, I live outside of DC, half my neighbors are some three letter agency or another. I don't have the SS playbook handy, but it makes zero sense to provide security in a building where a candidate is not at. I do remember Trump also being a bit distrustful of the USSS over his own security.
Possibly. I think an even worse outcome (for the Democrats) is that they didn't segregate ballots in PA like they were supposed to and by state law all mail in ballots get invalidated. That will really throw things into a spin.
The only fight I feel necessary at this point is against all of the Debbie downers on our side that seem unwilling to whip out their pocket Constitution and reassure themselves.
Seriously, many of us, ME especially, have preached for over a year now that THEY CANNOT CHEAT AND STEAL AN ELECTION UNLESS IT IS CLOSE.
And here we are, it was not close, they are cheating. And it is exactly what many of us said...it is obvious. And when it is obvious, it doesn't work. Their fake gains will be reversed when challenged (and Trump is challenging them, even the average spineless RINO would challenge it at this point), and Trump will win.
Frankly, WE don't have to really do anything. Just keep eyes open and let it play out. Going on an emotional roller coaster ride accomplishes nothing.
I'd like to see that video in full context. It seems like an unreal comment to make, even for sleepy Joe. I've only seen the small clip. It looks like he is reading that comment, not just gaffing it. I find it hard to believe it means what it sounds like. I know the Left is incredibly smug and arrogant, but that's beyond arrogance.
If you have a basic understanding of the Constitution and how states and elections work, there is no reason for anyone to be worried right now. I am sure President Trump understands all of this.
The goal for the "bad guys" is to make a "predicted winner" call for Biden as soon as they can, simply to establish a false "Trump stole the election" narrative. But it's taking too long because he won by an overwhelming margin.
They always underestimate Trump and us. And I think they are going to underestimate him even worse because I don't think he will be satisfied with just eeking out a win from a recount. If his team goes full bore here, he will reclaim his landslide and it will destroy their narrative.
Not that it will make any difference with the Left's most virulent base, but who cares about that.
It's not a standard election, but it seems to go along with the way they operate. They increased security in 2016 for Trump as well. They're likely responding to threats. With passions running high right now and a lot of anger on both sides, I see this as a reasonable response, if likely unwarranted in the long run.
It doesn't matter how MAGA they may or may not be, if it actually did come down to state legislatures, they would go Trump, simply based on the fact that they have a better feel for what their population wants, and a more direct consequence for going against it. Which is one of the reasons the Founders listed the state legislatures only in that one part of the Constitution, removing the choice as far away from the federal government as possible.
It's easy for the political parties out here in the DC metro to make decisions based on party lines and swamp desires, but not so easy for state legislatures where the population can burn down your house and carry you around on a log.
This is why yesterday I was trying to point out that the Democrats might have really screwed themselves here.
There is a potential here for a lot of legitimate ballots to be tossed out at the end of this, if they didn't segregate them properly. And that could have a massive effect on down ballot stuff.
It could end up being a major self-own on their part. Which is what happens when you depend on corrupt incompetent people to win something.
I think this is all bs, but my understanding is that the dhs was responsible for producing mailing ballots specifically by request from each state and district, not in person ballots.
I remember reading something to that effect a while ago when preparations were being made for massive mail in votes due to covid and people were worried about fraud.
Can't remember where I read it so that could be bs too.
I am relatively sure SCOTUS has no authority to order a new election, nor is there any constitutional provision to hold a new election. All SCOTUS can do is, by invoking Article II Section 1, look at the legislative laws in whichever state they are considering and rule that by such laws certain results, possibly including entire precincts/wards (if invalid ballots were mixed in), are nullified with respect to the choosing of electors in that state.
