Yeah I hate them. I get why they came about in the first place, to protect property values from "that neighbor" whose place looks like a pig sty. But they always get run by busy bodies and turn into a local authoritarian regime.
You don't seem to understand President Trump's very strong belief in the American people being a family, something he has talked about many times.
What should he say to her? The same he always does when he makes those phone calls. Words of comfort and condolence, as one does for a family member in such situations.
It's tough because kids learn about relationships from their parents example. So staying in it is not good for that, but leaving can be even worse.
Frankly, the only real fix is for her to straighten up. Maybe explain to her that if her political views are threatening to tear apart her family, those views are likely poison.
I lived in Phoenix when I was in high school, and I loved it there. But that was a long time ago, before the dark times. Before the Californians invaded and Mexican cartels started murdering entire families.

The raucous noise of a convention and applause and cheers during speeches is obviously sorely missed, but I don't remember an RNC this powerful, ever. Not even 2016, which still had some of the usual milquetoast political speeches that doesn't convince anyone of anything other than they are listening to a boring politician.
This RNC has proven that President Trump and his MAGA crew have really taken over. Put all of these speeches in front of a crowd and this would be like a 4 day long, high-energy Trump rally. And most importantly, the people speaking understand the message and the mission of MAGA.
I just got tested this morning. I've developed a chest infection after weeks of bad allergies, which happens to me sometimes. Unfortunately, while the doctor agreed that it's probably just bronchitis, she also said I am "covid positive" until I get a negative test result. Just because I have a bad cough.
That's how they are inflating numbers. I'd bet anything it was added to reporting yesterday and there are no corrections even if I test negative.
I keep waiting for one of them to crack. Being complicit in all of this bs for so long has got to feel like a weight on your soul, no matter how much they pay you.
Some may be evil and some may be kool-aid drinking ideologues. But there has to be a few who have a hard time looking in the mirror, still not sure how they sold themselves so cheap.
