I have heard this criticism before and though there is probably something to it, writing personal essays comes much more naturally to me than taking an authoritative tone and removing myself from what I write. This probably stems from not wanting to appear to be stating facts when what I’m stating is my opinion. SJWs confuse a lot of opinion for facts or truth and they push it that way. I’ve had enough of that. Plus - though my Unsafe Safe cohost speaks mostly to people who haven’t yet succumb to SJW ideology, I often to try to talk even to people who are still in it. They respond much better to appeals to emotion than to reason.
Actually I left my career as a comedy manager and TV producer so I could say what I want and have been Working gig type work and barely making ends meet since then. But it’s all worth it. I’d rather have the freedom I have now than all the money I had then. I don’t want for anything. Nice to meet you!
