This is brilliant, look at it this way. Trump is in no real danger so the risk is low. While he is in isolation the media will be hyperfocusing on everything he says, people will cling to his very word because our president is in peril. Then he emerges after 14 days, a conquering hero, proclaiming we now have a viable treatment so the pandemic is over.
Going into the election Trump becomes the man who ended covid-19. The media will walk right into this trap. As will the left. Simply because it is their nature to celebrate and draw attention in the vein belief they are winning.

This is what I'm curious about. I can tell you journalists are killed, unions are opened fire on if they dare even suggest better conditions. The useful idiots are purged, but what happens to the celebrities whose very existence is owed to popular appeal when that appeal is gone?

Here’s how that works. At the center of the issue, you have a cabal of wealthy influential individuals slash families. They call themselves Jews. These people control both faith and business and parcel out rewards to other influential families that do not rest at the core and then it trickles down into communitarian efforts.
Couple this with the mentality that you don’t sell out your own people because they have insisted that the entire world hates you for who you are for no other reason than you exist and this gives the core a massive capacity to leverage influence and power over the community.
Keep in mind that I call it the core, but that doesn’t mean it is necessarily one group or that Jews are one group. The core is comprised of bankers, industrialists, and political families, but they work together to promote the same interests. Jews themselves can be divided into Zionists (Marxists), Conservatives, and General Population.
Conservatives hate Zionists and allied with Hitler against them. The General populous doesn’t care one way or the other but will profit from their identity. Zionists are the monsters that people talk about when they refer to “Jews.” Though they haven’t always been called Zionists, they’ve always been vile as they have been evil. Back on point, the core and high ranking do shady things and hide behind their community. As the community is often involved in the escapades they then share the burden of blame, yet are not the masterminds themselves. When the blowback begins the core is already moving out of the country or financing the opposition. Then the bulky, bloated upper class is thinned and the core uses the incident to convince the average jew that the world hates Jews.
Rinse, repeat.
That's what I've made out so far. I have a few Jewish members in my family tree, but refuse to be defined by fear. No one has treated me poorly because of my German, Irish, or Jewish ancestors, so I don't view a need to have a persecution complex.
