Idk what kind of laws they can hide behind on this one. This is the type of thing that will get FOIA'd (e.g. every post these people put out there), and they'll try to hide the records for as long as possible. But when the info comes out, they'll hide under the auspices that they were only posting factual content; I'd surmise that much of the content is steering, and they may open themselves up to serious civil rights lawsuits.
