“Now let’s say it together...he’s guilty of treason”
Exactly and as a Kentuckian, if he continues without action, I’m voting his ass out in 2024 or 2026 - I think he’s eying mitchs seat. Gonna primary him out
If D stands for Democrat, he’s not one. Kentucky’s AG is republican. And as a Kentuckian I’m madder than hell that we haven’t joined. I think he’s still shell shocked from the Breonna Taylor fiasco and trying to appease the libs.
A huge career mistake for our AG here in Ky if he doesn’t join....
Let’s test this....she looks like a horse
I hear this all time and simply not true. Or at may have been true 15 years ago but things are changing, all the boomers are retiring and handing over their practices. The generation before mine ran to the cities and now the money is out in the counties. There’s too much work and not enough attorneys, I turn down tons of work all the time. New grads just got be willing to move to the market. Lots of us were making 6 figures straight out of law school working 30 hour weeks and we aren’t even top 50. Plus the money goes further outside urban centers. And you get referrals from the big law firms anyways. We went the smart route and didn’t take the bait of the top 14 with 200k price tags and instead took full scholarships to a mid-tier with a strong job market and networked. I didn’t go to law school just to be some paper pusher in big firm closet, that’s a losing game. I couldn’t think of a better time to be attorney with the massive turnover in the market right now.
Pure genius
rest assured, they cannot do that. Only in the extreme instances of a frivolous suit pursuant FRCP 11(b) and that is a very high burden for the court. But even that ruling can be appealed.
A judge can't just toss a case without it being challenged by the defendants, that would be a serious overstep. Once the defendants make a challenge the judge only rules based on those challenges. And yes if the complaint is dismissed it can be appealed.
the fact speaks for itself. It would be ridiculous to assume to the fraud did not benefit Biden to a more than nominal amount at this point, with that discovery alone I think it taints the ballots, and that they would and should not certify, really that is all that needs to be achieved. It seems you are concerned about an the possible argument that it cuts both ways, but i don't think that that's material...in the grand scheme of things all trump needs to do is block electors and push this to the house by showing the results could not be reasonably certified. It doesnt matter if it cuts both way, that may even help
you have to remember, to file a sufficient complaint in civil litigation the plaintiff only a short and plain statement of the grounds for the court's jurisdiction, unless the court already has jurisdiction and the claim needs no new jurisdictional support; (2) a short and plain statement of the claim showing that the pleader is entitled to relief; and (3) a demand for the relief sought, which may include relief in the alternative or different types of relief.
Once this is achieved, and it appears it has - rarely is this much evidence attached to a complaint, the door is open for discovery. But you're right about timing...that is my biggest concern
Votes won't exactly be stripped by trump, I think it will be more of a function of the judiciary provided via section 2, that is unless Congress has made some act enabling him to strip votes. See 14th amend. section 5. "The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
Let me put it this way, I’m the only house on the street without a Biden sign; nonetheless, BLM and a bunch of others have caused all kinds of property damage near where I leave from the Breonna Taylor BS. All the businesses that weathered the first round of restrictions and the vandalism are starting to close one by one due to this second round of shutdown. It’s a sinking ship.
Will be doing the same fellow Kentucky pede! I’m in Louisville...I might as well live in Seattle with how bad it is here. I’m pretty close to packing up and heading to the mountains to get away from this shit show.
Hey I've seen this movie...yeah Black Hawk Down!
Damn that's a good idea, I'm going to get started immediately! There needs to be a boot camp when you make an account here so a noob like me can learn lol
I am in law school right now, the political climate there is probably worse than reddit, which is shocking and sad, but I continue to try to do my part. I've managed to convert a few. I am with you though, who knows it might start a ripple effect
Haha I need to try this! I've just been watching from the sidelines. A long time lurker, but never posting. I think it is time that I take my place in the trenches.
It seems that way and thank you!
Also in the same democrat shithole
