they are very good if you are a back/side sleeper
make sure u check his video on sizing and stick to it. I'm 5'4 120-ish lb female and bought the regular mens size and its too thick.
for stomach sleeper, i'd go a size lower than your recommended, i find it a bit too thick to sleep on stomach with.
bought a new bed on the first of last month. (cheap $300 amazon bed, actually I really like it!) and decided to treat myself with mypillow... Its not hype folks, these things are fucking comfortable! (albiet if your a stomach sleeper, get a fill smaller than suggested imo)

THe panic is likely from people like who live with and physically care for my elderly grandmother. She has so many health issues that if she got infected she would die 100%.
