As the title says, fake news is out of control. An example would be this article:

It cites a lawsuit that Trump and Democrats are involved in. One in which Democrats are trying to get protection for pre-existing conditions declared unconstitutional while Trump and the White House are arguing for the opposite.
Yet despite these facts, fake news mills such as The Hill are claiming the literal opposite. This goes well beyond regular political spin but outright falsehoods.
How is any of this legal?
