Thank you, it makes sense. Now, I will stay 60 feet from any cop!

The answer- in short form-- is not to 'learn it' but to perfect it, the 'how & why' of its use and origins. With a Classical Education(thats the 10 dollar word for the course of study you list} you are able to do what I have done, with great success, recreate the speech ways of another era. In my case, twice, once for the US Civil War & for the American Revolution as a re-enactor and a member of the US Parks Service, Concord & Lexington,MA. My commendations are long

OK, question! WHY was 'it' body slammed for saying "HI" to the cop?

Good for you, and its ten years AFTER I had the same courses in High School. Latin, French, English, for this writer. Worked out a fine education for me

OK NOW you have lost me entirely-- what the AP Hill is the meaning of the reply with an empty square box in it. I am not conversant with all the 'slangs' of the Internet

Nope, cannot so do; Comrade Mills has banned going outdoors, and breathing, and eating, and working and on and on. Woe on me- a fine word- now banned! Thanks says this curmudgeon

So, go buy a dirt bike mask, or a fencing mask, or a Phanton of the Opera mask; it does not matter if is a 'face diaper' or not. Rather than slug the soy boy at a store I had to visit , screaming 'wear a mask' I went back got my M/C helmet and wore that. SoyBoy the KGB wannabe was OK with the helmet!

Some time, the Feds in the Courthouse will be out of; bullets, food, water, and assistance-----then what??

KiltedTailor 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree, and note the hairy arms on the 'other creature' it seems a male, but with these sort, you are never sure

Add my voice; QUIT being the 'enforcers' for ANY illegal act they tell you you MUST DO_ OBEY only! Over and over we have seen the cops do nothing, do the wrong thing and obey their Masters in City Hall. Hey, IF you are a real cop-- take a reading of the Nuremberg Tribunal decisions of and on Police Forces. Dozens of Nazi cops were killed for following police procedure and following orders- by the Court.

Well, this tidbit will either make you smile, or make you hurl yourself off the next bridge. When I enlisted WAY BACK in 1968 I had uncorrected vision of 20/200, corrected to 20/40. To pass the eye exam, I MEMORIZED the eye chart! When I got to Viet Nam, such questions as 'your eyesight' were not asked. They NEEDED any EM to fly back seat. And since the L-19 is dual control, while the Officer who is SUPPOSED to be flying the A/C is reading, writing letters home, drinking Army coffee and doughnuts; guess who is flying with his bad eyes?

On those odd days when something happened, the A/C was taken back to control of the Officer, while this writer got out the maps, compass and the like.

But I do understand your heartache of not flying. When I got Stateside and out of the Service- flying was OUT of the question for me as well!

Thank you,we/you are correct. I just a piece, here I think, about the wrong grip to an automatic will cause it to cycle wrongly and give you a jamb.

A good, solid wheel gun, in the calibre you can handle and several GOOD quality speed loaders. A perfect combo; easy to clean, easy to maintain, FEW moving parts, none of them plastic, easy to field strip, easy to learn how to completely taken apart the pistol, repair and replace parts.

If you really want to see a Burglar 'drop a load ' in his pants; open fire in a darkened room with a .44. black powder pistol. It sounds and looks like you have turned an artillery gun on the crook!

"YES" I know the Joke that floats around here, made by people who have no idea what they are talking about.

Having LIVED thru an ATF raid, I can tell you with certainty that they do care what you say 'they will tear down your house if they feel like it, take heavy equipment to your lawn to look for secret bunkers and fire arms stashes{and kiss goodby your 02nd amendment rights]' impound anything and everything; and worse, get MAD at you when they do not find what they THINK should be there. And you have no legal recourse at all.

And all of this in the middle of the night, your outnumbered 20 to one, and they are HOPING you will reach for a fire arm, so they can dismember your body with .50 rounds.

So save the lame joke for the next edition of "Animal House"
