So glad I deleted my account there months ago. What a trash fire.

It looks like the Governor wanted to burst out laughing. I could imagine him thinking "LOL, did I just hear what I thought I heard?"

You got that right.

Screw Nancy Pelosi's Heroes Act that sneaks in a loophole that can bypass Voter ID laws in the states that have them. I hate how slimy politicians name their bills, as if we won't read beyond the title.

  • Nearly 70 years of use so well documented on side-effects
  • Who takes a new prescription drug without consulting their doctor first.
  • It's a dollar a pill versus $1000 for Remdesivir(which is unproven and side effects are not well-known yet)

I just don't see how people can argue it is not safe but oh they do.

Making shorting stocks illegal.

If you listen to Kevin Freeman from Economic War Room, the 2008 crisis was caused by bank runs which was caused by a bear raid, i.e. the unlimited shorting of stocks. i.e. The bigger story was it was an economic attack by foreign powers.

Ok, thank you. I will use KlowdTV instead.

Brandon Tatum, former police officer broke it down pretty good, asking people don't go with emotions because there are soo many details we don't know about. When the story first broke, it didn't look good for the armed pair because it appeared they hunted him down but Brandon explains Georgia law quite well. It could come down to who had the greater need for self-defense but again, there are 5 other events involving Abery that are not public at this time according to Brandon.

Great explanation if anyone is willing to listen to the entire video. Very calm and objective, at least to me.

I wish I could subscribe directly through their website instead of going through youtube because I'm sure ABC gets a cut of that. Subscribed for 2 months so far via youtube. I definitely find their programming more informative, even more than Fox and way more than the others. I liked their recent interview on Brian Stelter's show where it was heavily edited to make them look bad(of course) but OAN had a video showing just how much was cut.

Basically, the lockdown was statistically insignificant in controlling the spread. Something everybody here suspected all along and just gets confirmed more and more as real data is used.

If you need a good purge or have a strong stomach you can read CBS take on it here. I just caught it on TV and couldn't believe what I was hearing. MSM is doubling down.

He's been very vocal about this so-called pandemic lately. I wonder if he knows something we don't or sees some possibilities coming down the pike. Stay safe, Elon. You could be pissing off some very powerful people as one of the few billionaires that mirror the sentiments of the common American(ok, at least the sane and Constitution loving people). I would love to see your vision of underground and stratospheric travel come to fruition. I also hope the rumors of you getting into home A/C are true(though i'm sure years away).

Considering recent events is he becoming the John Galt of this generation?

Unfortunately, I'm encountering this in my own family. I'm still working but when I mention 22 million unemployed, I'm lucky to get "yeah, that's bad." when I rather here "what the hell is going on with our federal and state governments? People are going to be rioting, the food chain is breaking down, people are about to starve in the coming weeks..."

Good reminder that a photograph is a millisecond of time and just how much context the uninformed viewer is missing due to this patriot capturing the falsehood.

Agree and same with taking Vitamin A, D and C along with zinc. Unfortunately, today we have crony capitalism and those with the big bank accounts can lobby to make regulations that stifle the small or medium businesses. They can also funnel their money to interest groups(there is a shill down below) and media that will protest such a cheap solution as always in the name of 'safety' or 'compassion'.

People looking to get back to work asap are not mad.

This is a great move and will be interesting if Democrats speed up their timeline in opening their respective states back up. Let's hope this lasts as long as they wanted to shut down the country at the minimum of 18 months.

Looking forward to going back to work now that I'm seeing studies showing anywhere from 50 to 80 times more Americans actually have wuhan virus, i.e. the death rate is closer to .1% not 1-3%.

Patriots have delivered. No meek defensive replies but essentially a cough middle finger. LOL

This is a good case for when we argue for true privacy from the government(or corporations like Facebook, Google, etc) and you inevitably get someone that says "what does it matter if you aren't doing anything wrong? They can watch me eat chips and dip and scratch my ass all they want..."

Because this is what you will get where everything, I mean everything is under constant scrutiny. It inevitably leads to an authoritarian society where neighbors are pitted against each other. Who wants to live like that?

  • Not all of California has liberal thinking. In fact, I'm convinced that if you deported the illegals, did voter id, and put an end to the voter fraud that California would be a red state.*

This^

Unfortunately, it sounds like we will get the opposite as Democrats push for full on mail-in ballots.

We will need this more than ever for two reasons:

  1. Controlling the flow of people that may be carrying disease
  2. U.S. citizens will need first dibs on any job openings.

So. are you supposed to go to a website, wait for a check, etc? I haven't followed any requirements since I've always done direct deposit. It's funny that some on this site wish they didn't do direct deposit because they want the check with the President's signature. Hope you are doing well and get your check soon!

5
Kinestron 5 points ago +6 / -1

Don't you file taxes? Do you have a checking account? I know some don't but at least for me, people I know that file and have a checking account have gotten the stimulus without having to do any extra steps. it couldn't have been easier. Sorry for the ignorance but I don't know why some people have to use a website. If you filed taxes in the past, got a refund and your bank hasn't changed then there is nothing to do. There is some missing info you are leaving out like you've had 3 different banks in the last 3 years, don't file taxes and don't use direct deposit, maybe self-employed and it's a different process, etc. Not sure getting mad at people is a good solution when you've only provided vague info.

I only trust them to act in their own best self-interest and occasionally that coincides with the U.S.(I'm sure with some other trade negotiations to sweeten the deal).

I like the summation about the police were there to investigate something that hasn't occurred yet instead of something that did.

Despicable behavior by these UK police.
