I've come here to share my story, so everyone who reads this can understand the scope and scale of the evil and corruption of TikTok:

TLDR: If you're a based patriot trying to get the truth out on TikTok, stop wasting your time, you're being memory-holed, and your content will never have the reach you want it to. You are being targeted in sweeping guidelines aimed at shutting you up. THIS PLATFORM IS ANTI-HUMAN, PRO-PEDO, ALL AROUND EVIL GARBAGE!

I live in Vegas, I was wrongfully terminated last month from my job at Telus International, where I was a Team Leader for content moderation for TikTok. I had a team of 14-18 moderators working under me since Mid-June of 2020.

I hate TikTok personally, and had the app on my phone for all of an hour, until I learned I didn't need the app as part of my job. The first month or so was interesting, I got insight on how big tech is able to censor content. They use low income individuals (no I'm not bashing my moderators, I loved my team and did everything I could to stand up for them), many of whom are directly out of high school, or were in dire financial straits due to the coof scam. They had a set of guidelines for how to moderate the content they view, our "playbook" and our "daily required read", which were updated almost daily, depending on the new sh!t storm coming over the hill, and how it had to be covered up. Each video is scanned by AI, and viewed by 2-3 moderators/QA. This would ensure that someone along the chain would be controlling the content, even if a moderator tried to let some stuff slide through.

From the start, things my team controlled were along the lines of: no info or viewpoints counter to the coof "official narrative", no anti-BLM anything, violence is OK if during a protest (I had to personally 'OK' a video of a cop having a trashcan lid thrown at him, which struck him in the back of the neck, because the policies allowed for such content to remain on the platform.), no content allowed outing pedos in a "to catch a pred" style stings, no content allowed showing confessions of child sex trafficking/sex abuse to bring attention to the situation, Wayfair info was moderated as "dangerous trend" like eating tide pods. You name it, we memory-holed it.

After a month or 2, we were given new guidelines that involved "misinfo", "disinfo" and "conspiracy theories". Our directions were to moderate any content that did not follow the MSM talking points and narratives. This included "Pizzagate", "Qanon", ANY use of the #SaveOurChildren or #PedoGate, anything from the cuck Alex Jones, revealing the crimes of PedoJoe and Hunter Biden, etc. I objected to this to multiple operation managers, and the lead quality manager, as it wasn't our job to police what users were watching/hearing when it comes to that info... I always told them "I'm cool with my team stopping dicks, tits, butts, violence, and gore, but this is out of our scope... if you want to be misled by Alex Jones, and you don't want to do your due diligence to fact check, that's up to the users. How are my moderators supposed to know what is 'Truth' and what is not when we're in a world of 'The President vs. the MSM'... who do we trust and believe?" Each time I objected I referenced section 230 of the Fed Comm Decency Act as to why it wasn't our place to be doing this.

I also sent out an email to my OM asking if we were in the business of protecting pedos (this was when wayfair was making the news and when they had us moderating content that caught pedo's trying to groom kids as "content revealing private info"). I never had an answer back.

In November, we had a new "playbook" come out, massive retraining for the entire campaign, many many more tags, thankfully some addressed the safety of children using the platform, but all the same crap was in place to 'protect the narrative' of anything controversial. ALL content regarding the election was controlled, anything damaging to PedoJoe was mem-holed, #SaveOurChildren still controlled, ANYTHING from Proud Boys, 3%ers, or OathKeepers was mem-holed as inciting violence or 'hateful ideology', while pro-BLM and pro-Antifag stuff was allowed. I once again raised concerns, to be told "moderate the way our client tells us to, they have lawyers for this stuff." This went on for months.

Fast forward to Jan 6th: All content saying it was a setup - Controlled All content claiming BLM/Antifa were there - Controlled All content from Proud boys, 3%ers, Oath Keepers - Controlled

I'm sure you get the picture....

Then on Jan 19th, I had a video brought to me, which had an article from a MSM source saying the 6th was an inside job, was either from NYT or NYPost.

This time I decided I wouldn't just bring it up in private to an OM, as the 4+ previous times I had done so were fruitless. So in a chat with a few other TLs and my OM (over half a dozen people were in this chat) I posted the video, and said 'how can we control this content when the MSM is admitting it was a setup, WHO ARE WE TO BELIEVE???' My OM was just saying the usual stuff: "They have lawyers for this stuff, just moderate the way the client wants us to." The other TLs were just parroting the same crap "it's a private company, they can do what they want." I replied to this garbage that it was a violation of section 230 and that "I don't need lawyers to tell me when I'm doing wrong." Upon mentioning Sec 230, my OM immediately shut the conversation down, trying to play it down as "political" discussion in the workplace. BULLSH!T.

Two days later I had my weekly coaching with my OM, where he chastised me for talking politically in work chats, to which I stood my ground again. I made it very clear, as a veteran, and a victim of YouTube censorship myself, that I would not tolerate this stuff, and that freedom of speech should be paramount on the platform, as we were bound by section 230 to not act as publishers for the protections we received, and that this had nothing to do with politics, and everything to do with violating the rights of our users, while maintaining legal immunity.

I finished my shift and left to run some errands for the day. Before 2PM I received a call from my OM asking me to join a meeting for the managerial staff. When I joined it was just my direct supervisor and his supervisor. I should have started recording with my phone, as I knew there and then that I was being canned.

According to my OM's manager, Telus International was exercising their "right" to terminate me due to "disrespect in the workplace" based off of "the conversation" I had with my OM earlier that day. He refused to elaborate and told me to "Contact HR".... HR has yet to reply to my calls or emails.

So I was terminated because it is apparently disrespectful to point out to other Team Leaders that they, and the moderators under them, were being made to do illegal activities, under section 230 of the Federal Communications Decency Act. I have been ignored in my requests for my employee files, which is delaying me from starting a wrongful termination lawsuit. They knew I was going to blow the whistle on them, they knew they were having the campaign do illegal censorship, and they wanted me out of the way.

I have tried to contact Project Veritas, but they didn't help me because I wasn't able to get video confession from my OM's, I reached out to the DOJ, but never heard back. So here I am, telling my experience so SOMEONE out there can know, and that the burden can be lifted. I can't go silently into the night, I can't sit by while this app/company remains one of the most used platforms out there, I can't let the suffering of innocents and those trying to bring attention to that suffering be shutdown and silenced by evil.
