Spot on. American political thought is heavily informed by premillenialist eschatology. Any attack on Jewish holdings in the holy land is tantamount to treason against American religious (and thus American political) sensibilities. This is why the Jew-haters are so frustrated in their attempts to turn the conservative 'tribe' on the Jews. They don't realize how they are prodding the 'tribe' to actually fight itself.

It's ironic how you debonk this admittedly childish oversimplification with an equally childish one of your own. Wait, retarded -- that's the word I'm looking for.

You must have info nobody else does if you presume to know the full breadth of how they were going to cheat. Such knowledge also would be requisite for knowing nothing was done. Two bits of wisdom from Socrates: "There's no good answer to a question you've not heard." And, "You never know a line is crooked unless you have a straight one to put next to it."

What reason on God's green Earth could you possibly have for why law abiding, tax paying Americans should pay to keep traitors alive?

"My body my choice," really goes out the window without property rights. "Sorry, comrade. It's not your anus. It's our anus. Now bend over."

My blood has run through American veins for hundreds of years. I am not capable of being ruled, and no man - no matter how good - is capable of ruling me.

That's like the first-half conclusion of a school shooter's manifesto right there. Becoming your tormentor is as emotionally-driven a decision as can be made, and it accomplishes nothing.

It means the great maskdebate isn't scientific. It's metaphysical. A good scientific claim cannot accommodate all possible observations. The theory of gravity would be obvious shit if someone just jumped and never came back down, but that hasn't ever happened. It's a solid theory. But a belief can survive such falsifying observations and even accommodate them ad hoch as further confirmation of the belief. "Rates have risen despite an increase in mask use. Just goes to show we need to wear more masks."
