They don't care about the constitution. I believe they are hoping conservatives will stay complacent while the left cheers. Every time I think they can't get lower. They prove me wrong. I know this fight is a long one. But at this point they have no reason to believe they will be held accountable at all.
At this point I believe they will do anything to prevent him from running again. But how desperate will they become as 2024 nears. At this point I'm convinced we will see Trump in handcuffs. Even if its just to keep him running.
I was very sad to hear Garland's case was thrown out. I hadn't been following the Perdue case as closely. So no idea if he appealed or not. Please let me know if you find anything.
Same! He's one of the few ppl involved in this that I trust. I really would like some official truth to come out. I am praying Garland gets a hold of the ballots and he's able to do a full audit in GA eventually.
Glad you saw this. I still think GA has a chance of bringing things to light. At least I hope so.
I think Trump got played and its simple. He was inexperienced and had to rely on others. I think it could be different if he got another try but idk.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgAP0ObfNco Garland update. I haven't had a chance to watch.
I'm getting my hopes up as well. I would like to see something happen and soon. Just more waiting...
I believe Garland mentioned that in his last update. It sounded good to me. He said he thought they would play games with that.
I agree. I hope Garland gives his thoughts. I personally think GA was always the state that would have been easiest to prove flat out fraud but I am worried about the evidence being destroyed.
I wonder if this new lawsuit with Cheeley being the same attorney will speed up the process. For example he can address the reason for Garland's case being dismissed up front in this one. I think Cheeley still believes they can win in Amero's court. I also wonder if this is how Perdue gained Trumps endorsement. I don't think I care either. If Perdue wins and gains access to the ballots before Garlands appeal goes through I hope he follows Garlands plan or allows VoterGA to do the audit. That way its a win for both.
The slow pace is also frustrating. I'm hoping Kemp turns on Raffensperger. I can't stand either of them but that would be something at least. I would like something to come out of election fraud efforts. The fact that everyone might get a way with it drives me crazy.
I want that POS Raffensperger to go down. If nothing else happens with the election I would like GA to be exposed.
My only issue with Garland is that he hasn't actually talked about how we get the audit. He says we need to continue the pressure but at this point I think there's way less pressure. Which is why I was hoping his case would go through.
Maybe He has some plans in work but I don't see how anything audit related is close to happening in GA.
I'm not sure. Garland has mentioned in updates that he thinks they have a good case to win the appeal.
You're welcome! I still have hope for GA. I hope it doesn't take that long.
Garland is doing an update now. He has filed the appeal and he says it has been accepted. It could be months before the case is given a date tho. I'm hoping we hear more after the holidays.
It made us closer to a direct democracy instead of a republic. The house represents the people and the senate the states (at least it use too). Senators don't represent the states they are from anymore. There are probably others who can go into this a lot more but this stripped away a lot of state sovereignty. Also, I found some comments Obama made about the Senate system interesting. He said that the current system was flawed b/c each state gets 2 senators. That republicans are the minority party and implied that states like California should have more senators b/c of population. Let that sink in.
Garland recently did an update that may answer some of your questions. Garland is still planning on appealing the case. He said they would be making the first step in the process this week. Then I think after they get their court date they will release the actual brief.
A is so frustrasting b/c the MCBOS ran out the clock. Many people prevented any sort of investigation until after Jan 20th.
Yeah cold feet sounds about right. I think they could win the appeal but I don't think I can force myself to be too optimistic. I do think Garland can win his dominion suit. I mean they basically already have they just need a judge to grant relief.
Yeah, I wonder if the fall out from the AZ audit (the media spin) as well and the committee hearing was too much. As much as I hate to admit we aren't winning the election fraud narrative in the MSM, which I'm sure the judge follows. It sounds like it would take months and thats if we get a favorable appeal.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmUjUXjc7AM another update from Garland.
Garland says they have to appeal within 30 days. So we should see that happening soon. Garland also believes the Judge wanted to get rid of the case for political reasons. Which really really sucks.
He does sound a bit more like himself but its also obvious this will take a lot more time. I have a feeling unless some "bombshell" info comes out that can't be ignored by the system we won't get any movement for a long time. Which makes me sad. Garland did say they will have another press conference. I'm looking forward to it but I would like for it to lead to something happening.
Thank you for the ping. Garland also talked with marcus dee. I havent had a chance to listen to the whole thing yet.
I listened to this last night. It has some good info about dominion and more evidence of how manipulation could/did have happen. The issue we have is that we can't verify with out actually auditing or looking at the ballots. So unless they get the hands on the ballots in Mesa this will go in the same box as GA. We know something happened but can't prove it.....
