This does give me some hope that splunk logs and routers are at least important to the steal. I have also come to the realization that just b/c we don't get certain things now doesn't mean we won't later. I think you're right about Fann's judgement but I do trust people like Doug Logan. I think they will be honest in the report. If they got the answers they will be upfront about it. Unless, the special master is corrupt or his team is.

Garland said in one of his updates that he thinks it might take up to another year to figure this all out. I hate to say it but I think he's right. I think GA 's audit could speed things up.

Yes, I'm going over it now and it does seem a bit more complicated than I would like. I'm worried about the special master being the middle guy but thats my trust issues. Garland will also have a special master on sight during their audit. So maybe its not so bad. It seems like they could get whats needed.

It does sound like good news tho. We got something with durham this week. I'm hoping Garland gets the ballots Monday and we also have good news from AZ next week.

Hmm... I wish we knew more but Fann is more careful with ehr statements than wendy. It says the special master will be working with the experts. I trust Doug Logan so hopfully they are able to get some kind of access.

This is good. I think people want more and so do I but every little bit helps. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you professor oak! Your posts have been extremely helpful and I looked forward to them. I know you put a lot of hard work into them and they didn't always get the attention they deserved.

I wish you and your family the best and hope to see you around!

I don't like to speculate b/c I don't know what the auditors have found. I just know the auditors want them and so I'm assuming they want the routers and spunk logs for some reason. I'm not a believer in the whole pcaps china hacking BS.

I think it could help with decertification but the people will have to demand it. Conservatives are just learning how to organize. Sometimes I'm worried too many of us are demoralized or lack courage. I think even with evidence the left will claim there is no way to change the election and its set in stone. They have been pushing that narrative and some people have already accepted that ;even on here.

We could use a narrative change. I'm hoping that comes with AZ and GA. I'm almost more excited for GA b/c garland hasn't had to deal with as much slander and they've already found so many issues will the ballot images.

I'm not sure. It seems like they have hit a dead end because theres no way to enforce the subpoenas. Plus who wants to continue to wait for the audit report until they get them?

I'm worried about the report coming out with out the routers and other items. They will now know what the auditors found and how they could connect the dots. It can't be helped tho.

I hope he's wrong too but I wouldn't put it past them to be desperate. My guess is that they will try to throw Fulton county under the bus. I am getting nervous tho.

Just finished this. Aren't the images Maricopa gave to the auditors corrupted? I wonder if that was done on purpose. If the ballots are short in AZ b/c of duplicated reporting or some other funny business the ballot images would be able to help show that. I personally believe there will not be 147k ballots or they tried to make up the difference by printing out test ballots. I think they should hire more security to watch the building from different angles and I wish we could set up 24/7 streaming cameras.

Well to be fair the SOS office did admit to opening up the batch that Suzy claimed she saw the ballots. I believe in court they said they didn't find the ballots she mentioned. This made me think they took the ballots out. I think this played into the "break in" after the judge ordered the inspection. Garlands team has the images and any ballots that were removed would still be in the images. What if this caused the SOS office freakout and they wanted to put them back or cause some other issue. Its all odd.

This is true. I still expect mindless screeching from dems on twitter and else where. Just as long as the info reaches the reasonable.

I believe Garland filed team replied and filed another motion to move along with inspection. The AZ audit has faced a lot of slander and so having Garlands Audit also show issues would be a big win in the PR fight.

Unless Fann releases a date I don't think we should pay much attention to a release date. I wish people would stop spreading rumors It only demoralizes I think. I'm honestly not upset with the wait. I really want the GA audit to be happening as close as possible to the AZ audit release.

The problem with the affidavits is that each one will still need to be verified. The state officials and judges have been throwing out affidavits left and right. The only way I see canvassing being used to prove anything is if issues are found with the ballot/vote totals/voter database. Then they might do some canvasing to prove ok some of these voters voted twice or voted out of state. Baynard is also spot on about abrams ballot harvesting issue out there. Which is why I think GA is probably closer than we think but I still think Trump won.

Also, I don't understand Dr. Franks logic about all ballot issues being circumstantial. Lets say Garland's team inspects the 147k ballots but there's really only 137k b/c 10k were scanned multiple times. You can find the double scanned ballots in the images and the envelopes are also 10k short. This wouldn't be circumstantial. It would be easy to prove. You can also single out each of the flawed ballots. The problem with just looking at ghost voters is that you can't connect a ballot to a voter. I think to win the public opinion fight we need to make sure we can prove fraud happen against Trump. Not just we can't say who won we just know fraud happened.

Hmm...That makes sense. I don't trust him either. He was to quick to throw the audit under the bus. I just hope he doesn't end up giving CNN interviews if things dont go his way.

I missed that phone call. I was surprised as I had followed closely back then. It really makes you wonder how off the counties are and why are they off. More duplicate scanning or did the machines miscount? I want Raffensperger to go down so bad. He didn't just throw conservatives in GA under the bus but the whole damn country b/c of the senate. You can say what you want about Dems but I don't think theres a Dem SOS in the country that would have done what he did to his base.

I wonder what Ken's angle if he's the one causing issues...

KitKatCat 2 points ago +3 / -1

Interesting I will have to watch that later. He says he's 90% in the dark but he seems to be saying a lot. So which is it? It's some decent hopium. In the Garland/ Marcus Dee video. Marcus plays a recorded phone. A woman talking to an election official. Basically, asking her if their audit counts and election night counts matched. She said no but also said they would be using the election night numbers as the audit numbers. When asked why; she said she doesn't know you have to ask the state. This gives me more hope that at least the rumors about the numbers in AZ being off is true.

Did you see Marcus Dee's interview with Garland scroll down. I thought there was some interesting things in there. I haven't watched the Kandiss one yet.

I enjoyed his jokes as well. He's always in good spirits. The delays are annoying but its good he's getting things done in between. I was hoping he could get another county done before the 20th. Have another presser but it seems the counties are still trying to dodge him. Looks like Sept-Nov Might be the most exciting months. We have the recall, Az report, and Garlands inspection.
