I would bet this is going on in most places, it may just be under the table. I didnt realize that about the DA but im not surprised. What I've seen going on in my local area is heartbreaking and I really wonder just how many people lives have been destroyed and kids placed in abusive situations because of it.

It's absolutely more widespread than most people have a clue. For most of us it's also at state and local levels too. Until you experience it you don't understand. All these government systems you think are there to help you aren't going to help you. They are going to back there own interests period.
Yes! A guy I know that works for fema and other government operations was sent to Oklahoma last week because of this. Apparently more were threatening to, I don't know the full story but it sounds horrible.
Someone that can needs to get it out there.
