You'll also note it was a acceptable loss - I mean I do not think Trump would deny anyone the chance to challenge the results - the reason no one did however was because then Trump would have the same arguments elsewhere of foul play.
Trumps opponents did a sacrifice play - they only got what was needed to win and disregarded anything else. There was even buffers and insurance in the form of the lesser states (Georgia and Michigan) which served to distract everyone from the fact that Pennsilvania was not moving forward at all - so you were fighting for chicken nuggets and ignoring the entire bird on the table until it was far too late.
The dems were ready to lose Georgia and Michigan - and it still would not have mattered; it was only needed to run down the clock and say "see we are investigating!"
