If my tax dollars have to fund any abortions at all, I prefer they go toward preventing new Democrat voters and Third World parasites.

In some places it is. Comical.

I've been through the tunnels before. They're not really that hard to get into. Hopefully the patriots seize them.

When you find yourself in a pocket in the US where that still exists, it's glorious and a major redpill. Just think, that described almost the entire US until the 1960s when our scumbag leaders sold us out for the shekels. Let's bring it back.

Sorry for your loss. Probably a way of going he'd be pleased with from the sound of it.

I believe Molyneux did a pretty good video on this at one point, distinguishing people whose heritage is from places that are part of the "freedom club" (where Enlightenment thinking has predominated) and places that aren't. Although you'd think they'd be conservative, they overwhelmingly want huge government that provides the maximum number of "free" services and prohibits things they don't like.

Meaning they could avoid counting GOP votes if the machine reads "ii" and it doesn't match a party name.

It's a slippery way of saying that some voters are more equal than others.

It is in federal district court. A dismissal or other adverse result in this case can be appealed to the Third Circuit and then SCOTUS.

The "news" appears to be that they didn't take it up today. Not surprising at all considering all the other pending challenges and the fact that they may want to consider them together. Until they actually deny a writ, there is no news. No news is good news in the meantime.

I'm not sure if the intent of the story is to mislead/demoralize or if they're just grasping for something to report.

Yes, you can. Source: I'm a lawyer and have done it.

Says they didn't act yet, not that a writ of certiorari for the case was denied. Seems like misleading news at best. Concludes with something more accurate.

Getting orders like that involves seeking injunctive relief. To get injunctive relief, you need to establish the imminent threat of irreparable harm, which is very difficult to do especially when the harm (election fraud) is speculative at the time. They tried to get some orders like that but were denied. Not that surprising. Nothing his team did wrong or failed to do.

You can absolutely appeal the dismissal of your case. Not sure if ignorant or just counter-signaling.

I fondly recall sitting in a college history course that was supposed to conclude with the year 1649 and listening to the shitlib professor (redundant) telling us to mark his words that GWB would never cede power and would institute martial law to prevent a transition. Delusional. Now they love GWB.

Pilpul is their game. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. It's like being able to read the Matrix.

I just want to know if the results he's talking about are hoped-for court decisions vs. his team dropping major proof of the fraud. Hoping at least for a mix.

This is FB counter-signaling GEOTUS by suggesting that the GA recount is going as it should and that his tweet saying it's a waste of time because of its nature is BS.
