Pentagrams are only bad if they're pointing downward. The upwards pointing pentagram is actually the symbol of Christ, when inverted it's the symbol of Lucifer. That's why I'm hesitant to form an opinion on this, because the person tilted the image to have it point down... However, I'm leaning towards the blue arrow indicates it's a inverted pentagram.
